I think each person should be treated as an individual and just because people have the same operation doesn't mean they have the same problems.
I would like to be heard when asked for information and not have it disregarded.

Kennedy ward is a threat to public safety - chaotic confusion - Over worried staff and low morale is palpable. Trinity ward (shower doesn't work since it opened is a palace in comparison).

It was a huge improvement here in Trinity compared to the Chaos and unsafety and Kennedy ward.
Get the showers and plumbing fixed.
